Where does Bitter End ship?

We ship domestically within the U.S. (including U.S. territories), Canada, the UK and the BVI. As a small island outpost, we know how important it is to be able to ship far and wide, but we are not offering other international shipping just yet. 

Ground orders are shipped via USPS, based on weight, size of package, fastest delivery option and value determined by our shipping partner. 2-Day Expedited Shipping is handled by UPS. 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer easy, affordable, flat rate shipping at $12 per order and FREE SHIPPING is offered for all orders over $250. Charges for large-scale watersports gear and international shipping will be customized per order. 2-Day Shipping is handled by UPS at a flat-rate of $28. 

When will my order ship?

Rest assured we will ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 12pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm (Eastern Time) will be processed the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday. Please note that during periods of high volume, including holidays and promotions, it may take longer to ship your items.

How will I know when my package has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from Bitter End Provisions. Then you can follow its journey straight to your home.

Why are my purchases sent in multiple shipments?

When you need provisions, you need provisions! So we work to get you what you’ve requested A.S.A.P. More time with your goods means more time outdoors or on the water enjoying them—and that’s always our end goal.


How can I return or exchange a domestic order?

Returns happen, and we strive to make the process simple. Bitter End Provisions will accept any damage free, unused products within 30 days of receipt for return or exchange. To return or exchange an order, please contact us here.

Speaking of Bitter End--can I visit the Bitter End Yacht Club? Where is it?

Bitter End Yacht Club is located on the east end of the beautiful island of Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, we are temporarily closed due damages sustained during Hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017. But never fear, exciting plans for Bitter End 2.0 are well underway, and we look forward to sharing them with you soon. While we rebuild, feel good knowing that with every Bitter End Provisions purchase you make, we donate $1 to the Bitter End Foundation, which supports the ongoing care of our oceans and seaside communities. You can follow our blog or social media pages to track our progress.
